Cosine Topp–Leone family of distributions: Properties and Regression

The relevance of trigonometric distributions in modeling datasets is gaining a lot interest recent times because their many desirable properties. This paper contributes to the area by introducing new family called cosine Topp–Leone combining cosine-G and generated distributions. statistical properties such as quantile function, moments, moment generating functions, incomplete mean residual life, stress-strength reliability, entropies are derived. method maximum likelihood estimation was used estimate parameters family. gave rise development five additional exhibited left-skew, right-skew, increasing decreasing shapes well monotonic non-monotonic failure rates.
